HATCHIKO-----THE MOVIE

ON THE 28/03/10 THE SCHEDULE AT THE HOLY HOUSE WAS FOR ALL TO WATCH THE MOVIE "HATCHIKO'. This was a movie that served to promote the concept of loyalty and dedication.

Many miss out on the movie and I am writing to let all know what they are missing out.

In this movie the will power and loyalty of the dog to his master was so strong that it moved the spirit of the people and motivated the town people to honor this great thing called LOYALTY.

It brings to shame, how some of us human,forsake this thing called loyalty.We were only awakened by the actions of a dog. This is why our great buddha, HOU CHI TA TI wrote a song about a dog, to let us, the so called intelligent beings of the universe know ourselves and our true nature.

This is not s picture of the dog in the movie but my own dog who taught me many things about life and Dao cultivation.

Before I sign off I would like to let you all know that a lot of trouble was taken to bring the movie to you all.
FU LAI had to set up the player and we went to a lot of trouble to get the movie etc.
SO BEFORE YOU ALL GO HOME FROM ANY SCHEDULED PROGRAM, THINK OF THE WORK THAT OTHER HAD TO GO TO BRING IT TO YOU!!!!!!!!

MY HOPE FOR THIS WORLD OF MAITREYA

THERE IS ONLY ONE MAITREYA BUDDHA AND WE ARE ALL THE CREATION OF THE ALMIGHTY LAU MU.

WHY THEN MUST WE BE DIVIDED AND BE DIFFERENT IN OUR BELIEFS?

ARE WE JUST LOOKING AT THINGS FROM OUR OWN SELFISH NATURE OR ARE WE JUST PLAIN STUPID AND LET OUR KNOWLEDGE DICTATES OUR BELIEFS WHEN WE KNOW THAT IT SHOULD BE WISDOM?

THIS DIVISION IS DUE TO THE LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF OUR TRUE DAO. WE ARE ONE AND IT IS MY HOPE AND WISH TO SEE THE UNION OF ALL THE BELIEVERS OF DAO , UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF THE WISE AND HAPPY BUDDHA MAITREYA.
THIS LOGO IS WHAT I HOPE WILL BE FINAL DESTINATION OF DAO DEVELOPMENT.

MORNING PRAYER SESSION AT 16 HOLY HOUSE

MOST NIGHTS AT 10.15PM THE FEW DEDICATED BROTHERS AND SISTERS WILL BE PRESENT AT THE HOLY HOUSE TO START THE DAY WITH THE MORNING PRAYER SESSIONS.

MOST CONSISTENT OF ALL IS THE GREAT OLD AUNTIE WHO WILL WAIT FOR THE OTHERS TO COME TO HELP IN THE CEREMONY. HER DEDICATION TO MAITREYA AND HER DETERMINATION TO ASSIST IN THE RUNNING OF THE HOLY HOUSE IS TRUE AND WE ALL HAVE A LOT TO LEARN FROM HER. SOME OF US MAY SAY THAT SHE IS FREE AND NOT WORKING BUT THE FACT IS THAT THEIR IS A LOT OF PEOPLE LIKE HER WHO IS ENJOYING LIFE WATCHING SENSELESS TV SHOWS AND SERIALS , SOME GO ON ENDLESS TOURS AND GAMBLE AWAY THEIR TIME AND MONEY. THE FACT IS THAT WE ALL HAVE A CHOICE GIVEN TO US BY THE ALMIGHTY LAU MU. SHE SELECTED THIS PATH WHILE OTHERS WASTED THEIRS.

SHOULD WE NOT BE SHAMEFUL WHEN WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO SACRIFICE TWO HOURS OF OUR TIME PER WEEK AS COMPARE TO THIS GRAND LADY?

EVERY THING IS SACRIFICE AND WITH OR WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR WISDOM, ACTIONS SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS..........................

LET US LOOK AT OURSELVES AND JUST DO A COMPARISON WITH THIS GREAT LADY.

THE DAY I PLAY MAITREYA @ THE SPRING CARNIVAL EVENT IN SNV.

THREE YEARS I WAS SO DELIGHTED TO BE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO PLAY MAITREYA AT THE SPRING CARNIVAL @ SNV, WHERE THE HOLY HOUSE WAS INVITED TO PERFORM.

WITH HEAVENLY ORDER FROM OUR HOLY GRAND MASTER YANG AND CHAN, I BRAVED THE NEED TO SHAVED BOTAK AND WAS SO GLAD TO PLAY BUDDHA MAITREYA IN PERSON. I FELT A BIT NAKED BUT WAS SO HAPPY AND NEVER ONCE DID I REGRET THE DECISION. WITH ENCOURAGING WORDS FROM OUR HOLY TEACHERS AND DAO BROTHERS AND SISTERS, I WAS NEVER SO HAPPY IN MY LIFE.

THE NIGHT WAS RAINING HEAVILY AND AS WE PERFORMED OUR SONGS AND DANCE ,WE WERE NOT SURE HOW IT WILL TURN UP.
THE NIGHT BEFORE I WAS NOT SURE HOW OTHERS WILL REACT TO ME.
THE SIGHT OF MAITREYA STOPPED THE RAIN AND THE CROWDS STOOD UP TO PAY HOMAGE TO BUDDHA MAITREYA. I WAS NEVER AFRAID AS I AM JUST PLAYING THE IMAGE OF THIS GREAT LORD MAITREYA. WE PERFORMED AND LATER GAVE OUT SWEETS,ANG POWS AND WISHED EVERYONE A HAPPY NEW YEAR.
ONE PERSON ASKED WHETHER I AM THE REAL ONE OR NOT AND I ANSWERED HIM BY SAYING THAT WHAT IS REAL MAY NOT BE REAL AND WHAT IS NOT REAL MAYBE REAL. HE WAS SHOCKED AND DID NOT SAY ANY THING ELSE.

THANK LAU MU FOR THIS EXPERIENCE OF A LIFE TIME.

THE FOLLOWING YEAR I WAS ALSO GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY AGAIN.
THIS IS TRUE HAPPINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A CAT'S LIFE -------CONTENTED AND ALWAYS HAPPY

THIS IS MY OLD 18 YEARS OLD CAT AND SHE IS A VERY SPECIAL CAT AS SHE IS ALWAYS HAPPY, CONTENTED AND SLEEPS HER LIFE AWAY.
NO WORRIES AND STRESS---THAT IS WHY SHE IS SO HEALTHY.

STRESS=BURDEN=GREED=SELFISHNESS="I"=SPIRITUAL NEGLECT

The need to live and survive in this world had gone from simple to complicated nature as we developed into a world of comfort and needs. The luxuries of olden day had became the needs of today. The need to improve our life had lead us to a world of greed and demands.
This had resulted in a life that is getting more and more complicated with the time. I am sure most of us have to worry about the need to pay for our car, home, children's needs,and many more.
As a result, we spent most of our time working hard to earn enough to enjoy and not working to live.
We get stressed and began to develop a selfish altitude to life.
THANKS TO LAUMU FOR MAITREYA, THE FORTUNATE FEW OF US,ARE NOW MORE SURE OF THIS PATH WE HAD TAKEN AND BEGAN TO UNDERSTAND AND MOVE BACK TO THE MEANING AND PURPOSE OF LIFE.

WE CAN ONLY BE HAPPY IF WE ARE ABLE TO REMAIN CONTENTED, HAVE A HEART FILLED WITH GRATITUDE AND HARMONY WILL FILL OUR LIFE AND WE CAN THEN REMAIN HAPPY.

SUCH IS THE GRACE OF LAUMU AND THE WISDOM OF ALL BUDDHAS AND SAINTS.

MAITREYA BUDDHA IN PERSON

THIS IS THE REINCARNATION OF THE BUDDHA MAITREYA AND HE EXISTED IN THE 90's IN CHINA. HE WAS THE 17th PATRIARCH OF THE BUDDHA LINAGE IN CHINA.
HE WAS BORN POOR AND WAS A SOLDIER BEFORE HE RETRIED AND WAS LEAD BY A DREAM TO FIND THE 16th PATRIARCH IN THE HOLY HOUSE. UPON ENLIGHTENMENT HE GAVE ALL HE HAD AS THE FEE FOR THE CEREMONY.
HE WAS SENT TO WORK IN THE KITCHEN BEFORE HE WAS SELECTED TO TAKE CHARGE MUCH LATER. HE WAS RECOGNIZED BY A HAND SIGNAL IN HIS TWO PALMS.
THROUGH HARD WORK AND DEDICATION AND HEAVEN'S BLESSING HE LEAD A HUGE FOLLOWING IN CHINA BEFORE HE PASSED AWAY. HE WAS LATER KNOWN AS BUDDHA CHIN KONG CHU ZI AND WAS SUCCEEDED BY ZI CHUN AND ZI MU WHO LEAD THE MOVEMENT TO TAIWAN WHERE IT GREW AND SPREAD TO ALL COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD. TODAY IT IS KNOWN AS MAITREYA GREAT DAO..............

LITTLE CHILDREN OF MAITREYA

Both brother and sister are a common sight at 16 HH and they always remind me that we were once like them, carefree and always happy. We smile much more then as compare to now. The sweet innocence and contentment they showed will always remind us that we can be happy too.

SMILE MORE,THINK LESS,TRUST MORE AND WE WILL HAVE HARMONY BOTH WITHIN AND EXTERNALLY.

14/03/10 --- FAREWELL GATHERING @ THE HH FOR HT CHAN AND AH CHAI

Tonight, at the 16 HH ,we gathered to bid a fond farewell to HT Chan Ri Kou who will be leaving for TAIWAN with Mr Lee Ah Chai tomorrow.
He will be back soon and we will like to express our THANKS and appreciation to him for helping to show us that, happiness and harmony is important and that we can all do it.
SMILE AND A CAREFREE ATTITUDE FILLED WITH GRATITUDE AND CONTENTMENT IS HIS LESSONS TO US.

FIRST COOKING CLASS @ HOLY HOUSE (14/03/10)

A new look Holy House and a new programme line up to liven the activities at this great house of spiritual learning.
Today we conducted the first of the cooking lesson at the new kitchen. The conductor Ms Wang , who attended vegetarian cooking classes before,was lively and conducted the classes professionally . It was fun, active and tasty and we all enjoyed the session very much. Two dishes were presented and the smell ,colors and tastes were wonderful.
The first dish was a chapati wrapped salad with plum source and the second dish was a veg. fish head bee hoon. Both went down well with all present and we are all hoping for more. The beautiful aroma and taste of vegetarian cooking is so strong and by showing all, the ease of cooking something so good and merciful made the lessons even more meaningful. So to all who read this blog, you are welcome to participate in this wonderful and healthy activity.
Other new activities in the line up are, MOVIES, feedback sessions and outings.

A HAPPY AND DELIGHTFUL BROTHER @ 16 HH.

Mr Lee is a real gentleman and a dedicated brother that had continued to help HOLY HOUSE since the last 20 years.

An ex fisherman, he experienced headaches and discomfort when he first came to the HH.
His preserverance, finally won over the heart of our GREAT LAUMU and he is now ok and always happy and ready to do anything at the HH.
He understands the preciousness of this great DAO.
Despite his poor education he is very willing to learn and now he knows how to recite the prayer call and many more things .
He cooks ,does the cleaning and will do anything to help.
Always happy and always ready to assist all.
He is always happy and ready with a smile too.
Humble and down to earth is his nature.

Thank you and may we wish him good health and happiness always.

A GREAT HELPER AND A DEDICATED BROTHER @ 16 HOLY HOUSE-----CHEN FU LAI

A wonderful man with a great personality and helpful right to every thing from computer to fixing up the toilet,etc.
He is a very busy man and yet he will find time to help what ever that needs to be fixed in the holy house. He will not only fixed up the problem but be will also bring in new technology to the HH at no cost to us. Such is his dedication and commitment to ensuring the success of this Great Maitreya Dao.
He is also a great contributor to this Great Dao in Malaysia and will not hesitate to go any where to further promote this great cause to save humanity.

May he be blessed with great health and may he inspired all to contribute even more.

ARRIVAL OF HOLY TEACHER CHAN RI KOW

Today on the 6/03/10 at 6pm Holy Teacher Chan arrived at 16 holy house from Kuching.

His bubbly and happy personality will bring a lot of joy and encouragement to all in Spore as this is a Dao of Happiness.

He will be here for a short 10 days before he goes off to Taiwan to join in the annual ancestor worship.

A very meaningful festival that teaches all the meaning of GRATITUDE TO OUR ANCESTOR.
We are nothing if not for the sacrifice and hard work of our parents and ancestors.

Finally,this great and delightful holy teacher is full of joy and he is gifted with knowledge and will only preached what he had experienced in his cultivation up to date.

He is 70+ and is more active and youthful then most of us.

THE POWER OF HAPPINESS AND THE JOY OF GIVING AND SHARING SHINES FROM HIM.

THANKS AND GRATITUDE TO HEAVEN AND OUR HOLY ELDERS VIRTUE.

A HEART OF LOVE AND BRIGHT CONSCIENCE

CULTIVATION IS ACTUALLY FINDING AND PUTTING INTO USE THE LOST CONSCIENCE THAT WAS GIVEN TO US BY OUR CREATOR.
WISDOM IS GIVEN TO ALL OF US IN EQUAL AMOUNT BUT OFTEN WE CHOOSE TO PUT IT BEHIND US AND LET OUR GREED OVERRIDE THE REAL TRUTH. THROUGH OUR YEARS OF NEGLECT, WE SLOWLY BECOME LESS WISE AND MORE SELF CENTERED.
THIS CREATES UNHAPPINESS AND DISHARMONY THUS WE LOST OUR CONSCIENCE.
THE REAL CULTIVATION IS NOT JUST FROM LEARNING ABOUT OUR TRUE SELF BUT PUTTING INTO USE OUR FOUND LOST WISDOM AND GETTING USED TO THE WAY OF BRIGHT CONSCIENCE.
IT IS ONLY THROUGH PRACTICE THAT THE TRUTH WILL SHINE AND THIS IS THE REAL MEANING OF BRIGHT CONSCIENCE.
THIS PRO ACTIVE CULTIVATION IS THUS THE ONLY TRUE WAY TO HAPPINESS AND BRIGHTNESS.
