HOLY TEACHER FAREWELL MOMENTS

On the 18/10/09, sunday, we said a fond farewell to our Holy Teacher from Australia.
After her lecture we had a farewell song with her and Sally bought a FAREWELL Cake for HH to commemorate her leadership for the last 3 months.
She lead the Dao brothers and sisters of Singapore in organising the grand opening of the New Holy House and help to ensure the smooth running of the HH. Her stay may be short but it certaintly left a deep impression on the congregation.
Her firm and quiet leadership bought calm and harmony to all.

A CALL TO USE MORE ENGLISH AT THE HOLY HOUSE

This article was printed in the local newspaper both in Chinese and English and described the successful attempt by faith groups from all religion to reach the younger generation. The basic idea was to get them interested, involved and to bring out the faith in them so they can also benefit from the wisdom of the traditional religions.

Can we follow suit or are we just too lax?

Nothing is too difficult for the technology is there for all to use and I think we have a easier time than our grand masters.

THE LIBRARY AT 16 HOLY HOUSE

This is a view of the library that is located on the 2nd floor of the HH. The windows are glass so they can allow light to enter the area all round. It is well equipped with TV, Internet,and the necessary audio visual equipment.
There is also shelves to hold a good collection of books and magazines. A great place to relax and for discussion to take place. Over looking the entrance to the HH it is thus well located to be the eye for the HH.

A GREAT HOLY HOUSE==THE HOLY COMANDMENT

The greatness of any HOLY HOUSE rest on the fact that it must be sanctioned and blessed by the holy commandment that directly transcend from the order of the unseen ALMIGHTY LAU MU.
This is why not only human use the Holy House but the Buddhas and saints plus all the unseen forces of the spirit world. All are governed by the supreme order to carry out the holy command to save all and lead them to salvation.
The world of compassion and harmony will only be realized when the forces of nature,humanity,the buddhas,saints and the spiritual world come together to bring this heaven to all.
Any house without this order will just be a house that built and help all to improve their karmic forces but they will still be unable to reach the ultimate goal of blissful happiness and be with the creator.

WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE-----WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

The man in the streets will not be able to know the difference and will probably just view it as a different way of expressing the same meaning. The DAO brothers and sisters should be able to distinguish the meaning.

WISDOM is instilled onto us by the ALL MIGHTY GOD and everyone shared the same wisdom. The lack of use and the greed of man had allowed the wisdom to take a back seat as man took the journey to selfishness and individuality. The very few enlightened individuals of this world are able to put this gift of GOD to use and in the process taken the lead for most of mankind to rediscover this precious thing called WISDOM.

KNOWLEDGE is different as we can be taught knowledge ,but as a tool it can be dangerous if it is put to use in a bad way. This is evident in the world and numerous examples are found in this world. As mankind goes on a fruitless search to increase knowledge, wisdom is further forgotten and this had lead to a darker world ,filled with crimes and selfish search of leisure.

Often we are polite and courteous to strangers .
Many a times we forgot to be the same at home.

The LOVE ,CARE ,COMPASSION and BELONGING we received are forgotten and taken for granted most of the time.

Misunderstanding and quarrels are the result of such a lack of gratitude.

So beware of how we treat our loved ones at home both young and old.

We must have a heart of gratitude at all times regardless of where we are.

Love is a cycle and must be sowed at all times both at home and outside.

Let the seeds of love germinate and grow to envelope the world and bring the reality of heaven on earth as promised by our MAITREYA, the PROPHET OF LOVE AND COMPASSION.

THE RAINBOW DIET FOR OUR GOOD HEALTH

A vegetarian diet is the best diet for both the physical and spiritual body.Besides being a compassionate and green move in our life it is also tasty and colorful.
More often than not there is the observation that some vegetarian are far from being healthy and happy. 'The result could be in the wrong choice of vegetarian diet. Often they are not balanced and consisted of too much oil and carbohydrates. Other reason could be the lack of exercise and poor time management.
A truly healthy diet must be balanced with the appropriate amount of nutrients,energy, protein and minerals. There must be plenty of vegetables of different colors and of course plenty of liquid. Oil can be found in good nuts such as walnuts,almond nuts and others.
Stay healthy and keep on a rainbow diet to remain in the pink of health.

THE APPLE TREE OF UNIVERSAL LOVE----LAU MU'S LOVE FOR US..

Let me share with you all this story of everlasting love and let us see how much it reminded us of our beloved spiritual MOTHER OF LOVE.
A long time ago, there was a huge apple tree where a little boy loved to play around it. He played,ate the apples and slept under the shadow of the tree. The tree is also fond of the boy.
Time when by and soon the boy grew up and spent less time with the tree. One day the boy came back to the tree looking sad.The tree asked the boy why and he answered that he wanted toys but he do not have the money. The tree said she do not have money but why don't he picked all the apples and sell them so he can have money for toys.He did just that and soon the boy was too busy with his toy.
One day the boy returned and the tree was so excited and invited him to play but he was not happy, He said he had started a family and needed to built a house for his family. The apple tree said that she was sorry she do not have a house but he is welcomed to cut the branches to built a house for his family. So the boy did just that and he was happy.
One hot summer day, the boy returned to the tree and said that he is sad and getting old and he wanted to sailed round the world but he need a ship. The tree replied that she do not have a ship but he can cut down the trunk and built a ship. The boy was so happy and so he did just that and sailed round the world. Finally after many years the boy returned ,old and tired.The tree said she had nothing to offer him now but the boy said that he is old and just need a place to rest.
The APPLE tree said "Good ,I have old tree roots which is the best place to rest". The boy sat down and the tree was glad and smiled with tears.

THE BOAT TO SALVATION

A holy house is like a boat sailing through the times picking up and transporting all to the HOLY SPIRITUAL MOTHER.

Through stormy seas and evil monsters it must be unsinkable and will weather the ravages of the world to reach its destination.

The captain is the leaders endorsed by our Beloved Mother and the sailors are the mentors in our daily cultivation.

The invisible wind that blows are the Buddhas and Saints that will help guide the ship to heaven.

The passenger are the lot of us.
Nobody will forced us to stay and we are free to board and get off.
But we will be guided by the wisdom and love that we are blessed with.

THE DAO OF CAKE MAKING

This beautiful and tasteful cake is the pride and joy of the maker and the delightful happiness of the eater. Where is the Dao in this?
We need many things to create such a wonderful cake. The sugar,salt,butter,cream,flour,raising flour,chocolate,colorings,fruits,eggs and many more. We will also need the instrument and the environment to enable us bake the cake. Most important of all we need the expert baker to blend and mixed all the ingredients in the correct amount and timing in order to achieve a perfect
cake.
All of the ingredient if eaten on its own will taste terrible but with the help of the expert a perfect creation can be accomplished.
Such is life and also in our spiritual journey.Too much of any thing is bad for us but under the guidance of our Maitreya and a holy environment we can achieved a successful and happy spirit.

Another Happy Maitreya

This photo was found in a cook book written by a group of teenagers for an old lady whose life saving was stolen by crooks.All proceeds from the sales of the book goes to the old lady as all the recipes were from her too.
It was a book written for love and with love. An expression of love despite the age gap and generation gap.
A truely loving act that Maitreya will be proud of. Sometimes it put us to shame for we are not prepared to do more and be the hands and legs for the Maitreya.
The fruits of MAITREYA will be sweeter when all of humanity had a taste of. Give,share and enjoy not only the fruits but the joy and laughter of our fellow human.

The prayer session for peace,harmony and universal love is held three times a day at the HOLY HOUSE OF THE GREAT MAITREYA.

Morning session is at 7am to 8 am follow by breakfast.

Afternoon session is from 12pm to 1pm follow by lunch.

Evening session is at 6pm to 7pm follow by dinner.

Special wednesday session is from 8pm to 9pm and is an excellent opportunity for all to pray for repentance and wisdom.

Special Classes are also avaliable for saturdays and sundays.

Music and songs of MAITREYA is the latest addition and attraction in the development of the Maitreya Great Dao.
It brings a new perspective and fresh outlook to the expression of love,devotion and happiness to all who are singing it or listening to it.
It is also the avenue where man and women can gather to interact and harmonize in the creation of a perfect human society of love and compassion.
People of all ages and culture can be united in the expression of this wonderful culture of universal love.
The dance that were created also brings great form of exercise where besides cultivating our souls, we can also maintain a healthy body and mind.

The smiling and forever happy BUDDHA is a joy to mankind and a salvation to all, even to those who failed to embrace him as the prophet of the ALMIGHTY LAO MU.

His compassion and proactive approach to the salvation of all is the main reason why he did not bring any sutras or holy books.
His massage to all is--------- LOVE for all things living and death.
No chanting, no meditation and no disregard for family. The road to salvation can be reached without the need to do drastic changes to our life.
All we need is a heart of FAITH and practice love and compassion in our daily life.
Simple and attainable to all if we care to look at ourselves and believe in our true nature.
Let the love flow from our heart so it will touch the lives of others.
BE HAPPY AND HOLD ON TO A HEART OF GRATITUDE AND CONTENTMENT.FEAR NO ONE BUT YOURSELVES AS SALVATION COMES ONLY THROUGH HIM.

MAITREYA HOLY HOUSE
The events leading to the opening of the HH @ Singapore.
This is a record of the days leading to the successful and blissful opening of the HH on 25/07/09.




1. 15/07/09-----Arrival of HT TENG from Taiwan at 11pm at Changi Airport on the 15/07/09. She was welcomed by Sally,Kwok and Edmond. Upon arrival she went to HH to start work planning the opening of the HH and other related works.

2. 18/07/09----HT Teng called a meeting for all at Tien Hua HH on 18/07/09 to kick start the planning of the opening and to delegate jobs to all helpers.

3. 22/07/09----Arrival of Madam Zhang ,holy teachers and helpers and visitors, totalling 51 people from TAIWAN at Changi airport ,terminal 1 at 8.30pm. All from Tian Hua HH were there to welcome them. All were driven to HH using cars and a bus was hired to transport most of them to the HH. Their luggage and baggage were taken to 16 HH using a lorry from Mr Lee.
A light refreshment of porridge and simple vegetables were ready for the devoted visitors

4. 23/07/09----Arrival of Grand Master ZHANG and HT LEE and HT WEI from Vietnam at 6.30 pm.

5. 24/07/09-----Arrival of Grand Master WANG from Taiwan at 8.30pm from TAIWAN. He was met @ terminal 1 by GM Zheng and HTs and all. He was driven to stay at a hotel by HT YANG from Indonesia.

6. 25/07/09-------OPENING OF THE HH @ 16 shepherds drive.

7. 25/07/09-------Departure of all GMs and some HH to BATAM to attend the events there.

8. 26/07/09------Most visitor from Taiwan went for a tour of BATAM at the invitation of GM WANG. Departure of GM ZHANG to TAIWAN at 1pm.

9. 26/07/09-----Arrival of GM WANG from BATAM to 16 HH .(stay the night)
Return of the visitors from Taiwan to HH from Taiwan.

10. 27/07/09----Depature of GM WANG to TAIWAN @ 10 am terminal 1.
Visitors from Taiwan were treated to a tour of SINGAPORE. A truelly
enjoyable visit to SENTOSA,Botanical Garden, China town, erlion,
buddha tooth relic temple,veg lunch and many more.

11. 28/07/09----Return of all honorable visitors from TAIWAN. Depart at 10am flight.

A LESSON FROM NATURE---THE FALLING LEAVES

Often, I wonder why do leaves fall and die away, sometimes in great numbers. The beauty of nature is often mystic and yet filled with the amazing true facts of life and the deeper meaning of DAO.
Scientifically, the lost of leaves serves to help and ensure the survival of plant species by allowing the it to carry on with a lesser burden.
This simple but vital act serves to help the plants remove its waste, conserves water during the changes of the seasons and allow new seeds and other plants to grow by providing the raw ingredient of life.Furthermore this simple act serves to lighten the weight on the plants, allows newer leaves to sprout, improve on ventilation and allow more sunlight to enter the tree to nourished the plant.
If the leaves do not drop off than the tree will be burden with extra weight and this will lead to the suffocation of the tree and the extra weight will also break the branches and destroy the tree in the process.
The lesson from nature is thus obvious and we see it in everyday life.The root cause of mans' problem is the inability to let go and move on. We hold on stubbornly to all things good and bad, allowing ourselves to be stressed and in the process Happiness delude us. Our health suffers and the extreme will even resort to ending their life

If we can be like the tree,forgetting and letting go of the burdens of life, than our life will be more free and the worries that plagued us will be gone.
Can we learn from the trees,by letting go of the rumours,insults and accusations thrown at us daily?
Can we let go of the imperfections of life and move on?
Can we ignore the mistakes of others and do not let this affect?
Can we remove the worries and demands of our family and friends?
Can we remove all unneccessary demands of life and be like the tree be free and happy?
Remember!!!! Nature is the best teacher that our heavenly Mother had provided and let this small observation lead you to further inspiration.

THE AMAZING GROWTH OF THE BAMBOO TREE

Once I read somewhere that the bamboo plants can take a long time to grow and when it does it will grow at an amazing speed. Facts or fiction????? I found out the truth a few months ago when the bamboo plants in my holy house grew an amazing 7 feet within a short period of 7 days.
I guess the weather, fertilizer and water plays a great part in contributing to this explosive growth rate. Seeing is believing and the photo on the left was taken before the amazing growth.
This taught us human to be patient and be like the bamboo, do not give up when the result of your hard work seems to evade you. With preservarance, the rewards of your labor will be seen and it will come with many times more than you expected.
I am most grateful to be a witness to such a wonderful natural miracle at a time when I seem to be going nowhere in my life. APPRECIATE THE LITTLE WONDERS THAT HAPPENS IN OUR LIFE AND WITH GRATITUDE HAPPINESS WILL FOLLOW......................

BLESSED GRAND OPENING OF THE NEW HOLY HOUSE

ON THE 25/07/09 AT 9.00 AM THE OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE NEW HOLY HOUSE
WAS GRACED BY THE GRAND MASTER WANG AND GRAND MASTER ZHANG FROM TAIWAN.

HEAVEN SHOWED HER HAPPINESS AND BLESSED THE OCCASION WITH A BRIEF SHOWER THAT LASTED NOT MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. THE FESTIVE ATMOSPHERE WAS ALSO ATTENDED BY HOLY TEACHERS,DAO FOLLOWERS,GUESTS AND FRIENDS FROM SINGAPORE, TAIWAN, MALAYSIA AND INDONESIA HOLY HOUSES .IN ALL THE TOTAL GUEST LIST WAS CLOSE TO 400.
THE SHORT CEREMONY WAS FOLLOWED BY A LECTURE BY GRAND MASTER WANG ,SONGS AND DANCES FROM XIN KWANG AND TIAN HUA BROTHERS AND SISTERS. LUNCH WAS SERVED WITH A PURE VEGETARIAN MEAL PREPARED BY THE HOLY TEACHER AND BROS AND SISTERS FROM TAIWAN AND SINGAPORE.VISITORS CONTINUED TO POUR IN THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE DAY AND NIGHT.
THE EVENT WAS SMOOTH AND THE PARKING OF CARS WAS WELL ORGANIZED WITH A VALET SERVICE IN PLACE. NEIGHBOURS WERE ALSO INVITED TO JOIN IN THE CELEBRATION. THE DAY WAS A GREAT DAY FOR HEAVENLY MOTHER AND MAITREYA BUDDHA.THIS IS DEFINATELY A GREAT DAY FOR THE HISTORY OF THIS HOLY HOUSE AND A GREAT TRUMP OVER THE DARKNESS OF OUR KARMIC DEBT.
THE HARD WORK AND CONTRIBUTION FROM ALL, ESPECIALLY THE BROTHERS AND SISTERS FROM 16 HH IS MUCH APPRECIATED. GRATITUDE, CONTENTMENT AND HAPPINESS.

CLEAR CONSCIENCE BUDDHA MAITREYA

This glass statue of the great Buddha Maitreya is an example of clear conscience. Simple and translucent with nothing to hide it only brings brightness to all who are with him. Lights that enter him will be magnified and he will share with all this brightness with no demands nor conditions.

MY FIRST MAITREYA BUDDHA

As a firm believer of the greatness of the Buddha of the World, MAITREYA BUDDHA, I was most fortunate to be able to accept the concept of World peace and harmony under his influence. The world is divided more than ever and the road to the universal salvation is more complex than before. New religions and false prophets are a plenty and the road to heaven is a more dangerous place to be in too.The wrong choice will lead to everlasting sorrows and sufferings.
I am most grateful to be able to understood and believed in this great Buddha. My affinity to him , my ancestors' merit and my own karma must be strong enough for without these I will be unable to accept him.
My home and Holy House are.filled with a collection of 500 plus statues of the great buddha. Some are Big and some are small. They came in all different shapes,stance, style and are made in porcelain, clay, wood, plastic, jade, gold, steel and others.
The collection may never end but I treasured them all.Regardless of their size, looking at them ,gave me a sense of peace and happiness. Many a times I will find inspiration by just looking and admiring them. Solutions to the complexity of life may be hidden in the simple statue. The statue shown on the left is my first and was bought by my late mother 45 years ago when I was still a little boy. Looking at this statue brings back memories of my beloved mum and I am most grateful to her for bring me up and setting the foundation for my journey with the GREAT MAITREYA.

Buddha Maitreya and His Teachings

Buddha Maitreya is widely known to be the Laughing Buddha, the Joyful Buddha, the Lucky Buddha and the Blissful Buddha. Everyone, regardless of nationality, race, culture and religion,are surely drawn to Buddha Maitreya when they see his happy nature and his all-accepting demeanor .

The world we exist today is one of great conveniences, and material comforts. Educational and living standards are higher than a few decades ago. Unfortunately, the stress of modern life, ever-increasing crime rate, wide-spread violence, and the disappearing of morality, ethnics, and the values are causing many of us to live in constant fear and worry.

The great benevolent Buddha Maitreya sees our sufferings and feels our pains. Buddha Maitreya deeply wants to relief us from our sufferings, and brings to the entire human race and all living creatures true happiness and joy. Hence, He made a most benevolent, noble and remarkable vow to transform this world into a Pureland. He wants to build the Heavenly Kingdom on Earth where all beings can live in everlasting joy, peace and happiness.

The primary cultivation and teaching of Buddha Maitreya is the teaching of Universal Love. Buddha Maitreya guides us to live our life with our Conscience, which is our True Self. Our True Self is inherently good, beautiful, truthful and compassionate. By expressing Compassion and Loving-Kindness to others, we are assisting Buddha Maitreya to build Pureland on Earth.

Everyone of us can practice Buddha Maitreya's teaching and live a fulfilling and meaningful life of happiness, joy and peace.

MAITREYA---- How to be happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happiness meant different things to different people. Some desire $$$$, good looks, answer to their problems, power, luxurious life style, good health and many more others.

Many will go through all lengths to achieve their desire and often ended up with short term happiness and more often than not they suffered more from the result of this relief eg. drug taking.What is true happiness? Why is our Buddha Maitreya always happy and he is not attached to any thing.There is a famous saying ---- NOTHING is everything and everything is nothing. The richest of all man will leave the world with nothing except what merits he acquired with his wealth. The poorest of all man will do like wise.
This Great Buddha taught all the secret to a happy and meaningful life. The secret is no secret but it did comes in three parts that is in everlasting union. Contentment---the ability to be satisfy oneself with what ever we have. Gratitude----the feeling of thankfulness to the almighty GOD who provides and finally, Happiness---the joy that is achieved when we have the other two principles. All three are one in reality and not three. Try it, apply this thoughts in all circumstances that you faced for you will be happy like the master of happiness--- BUDDHA MAITREYA.

THE NEW 16 HOLY HOUSE

The new home for the GREAT MAITREYA will be officially opened on the 25/07/09 by the two distinguished and compassionate grand masters from Taiwan. Holy grand master WANG and grand master ZHANG will be in Singapore to grace and officiate at the opening of the Great Maitreya Tian Hua Holy House. It is a great moment for all saints, celestial beings, the living beings and the spiritual beings as this event will bring about salvation to all in the three worlds and unite them in the journey back to the almighty heavenly mother, the creator of all in the universe. The heavens and the spiritual beings will be united to celebrate and rejoice in happiness and gratitude.
The path towards today's achievement is a tough one for many believers at this special house. We faced many difficult and challenging moments and there were times when giving up was the only option. Luckily, with the patience and determination of the elders and massive support from our Holy Grandmaster YANG, GM WANG and GM ZHANG, we managed to pull through and finally we were able to achieve a small mile stone in the development of the MAITREYA FIELD IN SINGAPORE. Much needs to be acomplished and the guidance from the ALMIGHTY LAO MU is a intergal part of the establishment and development of this great spiritual understanding.
