A vegetarian diet is the best diet for both the physical and spiritual body.Besides being a compassionate and green move in our life it is also tasty and colorful.
More often than not there is the observation that some vegetarian are far from being healthy and happy. 'The result could be in the wrong choice of vegetarian diet. Often they are not balanced and consisted of too much oil and carbohydrates. Other reason could be the lack of exercise and poor time management.
A truly healthy diet must be balanced with the appropriate amount of nutrients,energy, protein and minerals. There must be plenty of vegetables of different colors and of course plenty of liquid. Oil can be found in good nuts such as walnuts,almond nuts and others.
Stay healthy and keep on a rainbow diet to remain in the pink of health.
