1. CUT ALL WATER MELON INTO CUBES.
2. SCOUP OUT THE MELON MEAT TO CREATE A BASKET FOR THE MAIN DISH.
3. MIXED THE CUT MELON WITH A PINCH OF SALT, CUT CHINESE PARSLEY AND A GENEROUS DASH OF APPLE CIDER VINEGER.
4. PLACE THE MIXTURE BACK INTO THE MELON BOWL.
5. CHILLED IN THE FRIDGE ANE SERVED.......................
